How you opt in: You may opt in to our SMS program by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our website booking form at https://longisland.neurofeedbacksolutionsusa.com/contact-us, completing a paper or electronic intake form that includes SMS consent, or verbally requesting text message communications during a phone call or office visit. The booking form includes separate, unchecked-by-default consent checkboxes for (1) appointment-related SMS messages and (2) promotional SMS messages. You may opt in to either or both types independently. Your consent to receive text messages is entirely voluntary. Providing your phone number and consenting to SMS is not required to book an appointment or receive services from New Beginnings Wellness Center.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule and the types of messages you have opted in to receive. You may receive up to 8 messages per month.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
How to opt out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code or phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
